Constrix was not designed in a software office and then sold to builders. It was written inside a Hyderabad construction company, for its own sites, and that is where it is being put to work first.
Why it exists
Every builder we know runs on the same three things: a tally of material in a notebook, a payment schedule in a spreadsheet, and one finance manager who is the only person who knows where the real numbers are. It works until the third site opens.
The software sold to fix it comes in two shapes. Large general ERPs, which can be made to fit a construction company after six months and a team of consultants. Or narrow tools that do billing, or sales, or site reports, and leave you reconciling between them.
Constrix is the third option: one system that already knows what a UDS is, that a demand letter follows a milestone, that TDS sections differ by payee, and that the financial year starts in April. Nothing has to be explained to it about how Indian construction works.
How we work with a new customer

We create your company, bring across your projects, units, ledgers and staff, and sit with your finance manager until he is comfortable.
Everything is exportable, including to Tally. If you ever leave, you leave with your records, not without them.
